The location was great - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. It was easy to get Wheelchair Accessible room with the private bathroom and balcony, for example and that's great.
Internet connection was terrible, made me a little nervous.

The value for money at this guest house was incredible, and our room with a private bathroom and balcony was perfect. The location was convenient, especially for the Web Summit, and there were nearby grocery and bakery shops. The staff treated us with warmth and welcome throughout our stay.
Menu for breakfast could have had more variety.

We had a pleasant surprise staying at My Oriente! the room, service, and location were all fantastic. the shared apartment concept with separate rooms and locks worked really well for us. Plus, being close to the arena and metro station was very convenient. the room had all the necessary amenities including a TV, chair, and desk. the check-in process, although a bit complicated, added an element of adventure to our stay. we had a great experience and felt welcomed by Maria, who provided clear instructions and made sure everything was in order. the comfortable bed was the cherry on top!

Great reception and friendly staff. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, with key attractions and amenities within walking distance. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay.
There were some issues with the wifi, as it frequently asked for the password and disconnected frequently. The check-in procedure was also a bit complicated and could be improved for a smoother experience.
